the nearby Himeyurui-no-to museum, which describes the lives of some
Okinawan schoolgirls that were either killed or committed suicide during the
war. |
The Shuri-jo castle is
perhaps the top tourist attraction in Naha, which is the main city in
Okinawa. |

It is therefore possible to
get an impression of the Ryukyu kingdom that existed until 1870. |
