Jan Visits Mother Farm In Chiba Prefecture


If you're really bored and think you've seen pretty much everything in and around Tokyo, Mother Farm in Chiba Prefecture may be the place to go.	Mother Farm is primarily an attraction for Japanese families with young kids, but I saw a surprising number of young couples while there.

While this entire page simply contains pictures of flowers, the primary reason for visiting Mother Farm is to hang out with animals.	Still, depending on the season, there will be anywhere from a few hundred thousand to millions of flowers blossoming within the park.

Traveling to Chiba from Tokyo just got a whole lot cheaper as Prime Minister Taro Aso reduced the weekend highway fares.	Just driving The Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line is an experience in itself, especially when you consider that the cost of building it was 11.2 billion USD.
