Okay, this time we are standing in front of the waterfall. Amazing. Iriomote is famous for its relative wilderness, particularly the habu snake, which actually is poisonous.  Bringing one on a crowded train in Tokyo would certainly give me some breathing space.

 

In the middle of the "jungle", I still manage to make a really masculine and manly face. Here, Jan is walking. 

 

Leaving the mangroves, we are about to return to the river. Okay, here we are out in the lagoon, and I am ready for another wet walk.
