| Just a few minutes on foot from
Mariudo-no-taki, we found another small waterfall. I was excited to
find a couple of water holes that looked really tempting. |
Yes, the water holes were so tempting that I
actually decided to make a go for it. Tons of Japanese tourists
arrived a bit afterwards, but no one decided to dip in. In Japan,
the calendar is followed religiously, and a Naha cab driver told us that
tourists from Tokyo will wear jackets in November regardless of the
weather. As November is considered a "cold month", the
actual temperature does not seem to be of any relevance. |
